Sport
Let me tell you about sports in my life.
To tell the truth I don't go in for sports regularly and it is not an essential part of my daily life. However in the morning I do some exercises. If I have enough time, I go swimming to the pool twice a week just for pleasure. It takes about 45 minutes each session. A lot of children train at special sport schools and groups.
In our school we have a nice gym. Sports and games are popular among pupils. As for me, I am fond of volleyball and I often take part in the game and sometimes in school competitions. . Of course , I like to watch sports competitions on TV . I like skiing championships , biathlon , swimming.
I also like running and jumping. Sometimes I go running to the park with my friend for about 20 minutes. I absolutely agree that all kinds of physical exercises are very useful. I should admit that everyone must do all he can to be healthy. Doing sports we become strong and healthy. We begin to take care of our health.
As a result it makes our bodies strong and keeps ourselves fit and healthy.

The English proverb «Sickness in the body brings sickness to the mind». It's true, I should say.
Nowadays a healthy lifestyle is getting more and more popular and fashionable.
