Auxiliary Verbs

В английском языке существует особый класс глаголов, которые, как хорошие актеры, могут играть разные роли, во всяком случае, в предложении. Во-первых, они могут быть обычными глаголами to do - делать, to have - иметь , to be – быть. Во-вторых, они могут превращаться в помощников, которые, не слишком выделяясь на общем фоне, делают свою нелегкую, но важную работу. В этом случае их называют вспомогательными глаголами и на русский язык почти никогда не переводят. Почему почти? Скоро узнаем.

Артикль.

   Общие положения:

   * Артикль никогда не используется  самостоятельно,  это  просто  один  из

признаков существительного и поэтому относится только к нему.

   * Не все существительные стоят в предложении с артиклем.

   * Если существительное стоит с описательным словом (словами), то  артикль

все равно относится  к  существительному,  но  ставится  перед  описательным

словом (словами):

   a table( a big table ( a new big table

   * Иногда  в  предложении  стоит  описательное  слово,  а  существительное

опущено и лишь угадывается по смыслу. В таких случаях артикль  не  ставится,
